Refund Policy

ViewLens is a digital service provided by MEHAN BİLİŞİM DİJİTAL MEDYA VE YAZILIM HİZMETLERİ LTD. ŞTİ. All purchases are subject to this refund policy.

Refund requests are evaluated within the terms set forth below. Completing your purchase indicates acceptance of this policy.

Once V are loaded to your account and used for any operation (analysis, training, niche agent, competitor analysis), the right of withdrawal expires pursuant to Article 49 of Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection.

• If no V have been used and you are within the official withdrawal period (14 days), a full refund will be issued.
• For partially used V, no refund is provided for the remaining balance.
• V granted through promotions, gifts, or monthly subscription renewals are excluded from refund eligibility.

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the next renewal date; you retain access for the remainder of the current billing period.

Fees paid for the current period are non-refundable, subject to the exceptions below.

• A full refund may be requested within 14 days of subscription start, provided no V have been used.
• No refund is issued after 14 days or once any V has been consumed.
• For monthly subscriptions cancelled mid-period, remaining days are not prorated or refunded.

• A full refund is available within 14 days of the annual subscription start, provided none of the period's V have been used.
• After 14 days, annual payments are not prorated on cancellation. Cancellation stops the next annual renewal only.
• Bonus V attached to annual subscriptions (Starter +500, Growth +1000, Pro +2000) void the withdrawal right once consumed.

• One-time V packages qualify for a full refund within 14 days, provided none of the V have been used.
• No refund is issued for partially used packages; remaining V stay usable in your account.
• V packages have no expiration; they remain usable as long as the account is active.

To submit a refund request, follow these steps:

1. Email your request to info@viewlens.app.
2. Include your account email, purchase date, and payment reference.
3. Requests are reviewed within 1-2 business days and you will receive a response.
4. Approved refunds are reflected on the original payment method within 5-10 business days. Actual time may vary based on your bank or payment provider.

On plan upgrades, your existing V credits are preserved and the new plan's V credits are added on top. On plan downgrades, your existing V balance is set to the new plan's V amount and any V above that is lost. For details, see the V Accumulation section of the Terms of Service.

Disputes are first handled via email. For consumer disputes, Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts, along with Sakarya (Karasu) Courts and Enforcement Offices, have jurisdiction.
