By using the ViewLens platform, you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully.

Part A — Terms of Use

1. Parties and Scope

These Terms of Use govern the relationship between any person ("User") using the YouTube channel analytics and growth platform ("Platform") available at viewlens.app, and the Platform operator Fatma Iskender ("ViewLens").

By registering on the platform or using the service, you accept these terms.

2. Service Description

ViewLens is a SaaS (Software as a Service) platform offering the following services to YouTube content creators:

  • Channel Analysis (channel health analysis and scoring)
  • Training (video performance analysis)
  • Hook Rewrite (opening-line generation)
  • Thumbnail Prompt (thumbnail prompt generation)
  • Niche Agent (strategy and niche analysis)
  • Competitor Analysis
  • Channel metric tracking and automatic updates

3. YouTube Integration and Google API Services

ViewLens uses the YouTube Data API v3 and YouTube Analytics API to provide channel analysis services. By connecting your YouTube account to ViewLens, you agree to the following terms:

  • ViewLens has read-only access to your YouTube account. It cannot make any changes, edits, or publish content on your channel.
  • You may disconnect ViewLens from YouTube at any time via the 'Disconnect' button on the /profile page or through your Google Account settings.
  • ViewLens complies with YouTube API Services Terms of Service and Google Privacy Policy.
  • For detailed information on how collected YouTube data is processed, please refer to Section 10 of the Privacy Policy.

4. Account Creation and Security

Registration with a valid email address is required to access the platform. You are responsible for the confidentiality of your account information and all activities conducted through your account. If you believe your security has been compromised, please immediately notify us at .

5. V System and Usage

The platform operates on a V-based usage model. Each analysis operation consumes a specific number of V.

OperationV Cost
Channel Analysis30 V
Training (video analysis)40 V
Hook Rewrite20 V
Thumbnail Prompt10 V
Niche Agent60 V
Competitor Analysis80 V
Manual channel update10 V
Weekly automatic updateFree

Unused V roll over to the next subscription period; however, they are not refunded in case of plan downgrade or subscription termination. Annual subscriptions include bonus V per month compared to their monthly equivalent (Starter +500, Growth +1000, Pro +2000).

Definition and Legal Status of V

On the ViewLens platform, the units designated as "V" represent the service usage rights purchased by the user under their subscription. V is the unit of measure for in-platform services such as content analysis, coaching insights, and niche analysis.

V is NOT electronic money, cryptocurrency, or any value-storage instrument. V does not fall under the scope of Law No. 6493 on Payment and Securities Settlement Systems, Payment Services and Electronic Money Institutions. V represents only the usage quota for services on the ViewLens platform.

Characteristics of V

  • V is non-transferable. It cannot be transferred to other users.
  • V is non-refundable. Unused V cannot be converted to cash.
  • V is valid only on the ViewLens platform. It cannot be used with third parties or on other platforms.
  • V is tied to the monthly subscription period. As long as the subscription remains active (on renewal or plan upgrade), unused V is carried over to the next period. See the 'V Accumulation and Plan Change Policy' section for details. When the subscription fully terminates (failed renewal or after cancellation period ends), the V balance is reset.
  • When an account is deleted, all V is automatically cancelled.

When the user pays the subscription fee, they acquire a specific quota of V usage rights. This is not a purchased asset but a service usage quota. The monetary value of V cannot be reclaimed; however, withdrawal rights under the Distance Sales Regulation are processed according to the Refund Policy.

V Accumulation and Plan Change Policy

On monthly subscription renewals, your unused V credits DO NOT EXPIRE and are carried over to the new period. For example, if you have 500 V remaining and your monthly 1200 V plan renews, you will have a total of 1700 V.

On plan upgrades (Starter → Growth → Pro or Free → paid plan), your existing V credits are preserved and added on top of the new plan's V credits. For example, if you have 670 V and upgrade to the Growth plan, you will have 670 + 3000 = 3670 V.

On plan downgrades (e.g., Pro → Starter or Growth → Starter), your existing V balance is REPLACED with the new plan's V amount. So if you have 1500 V and downgrade to the Starter plan, your V balance becomes 1200. This is an important point: we recommend using your existing V credits before deciding to downgrade.

When a subscription is canceled, your existing V credits remain active until the end of the current period and can be used normally. If the subscription is not renewed when the period ends, your account switches to the Free plan and your V balance resets to zero. Therefore, we recommend using your V credits before the period ends after cancellation.

On monthly recurring subscriptions, if a payment fails (e.g., expired card), Creem automatically retries. If all retries fail and the subscription is fully terminated, your V balance is reset to zero.

6. Prohibited Use
