By using the ViewLens platform, you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully.
These Terms of Use govern the relationship between any person ("User") using the YouTube channel analytics and growth platform ("Platform") available at viewlens.app, and the Platform operator Fatma Iskender ("ViewLens").
By registering on the platform or using the service, you accept these terms.
ViewLens is a SaaS (Software as a Service) platform offering the following services to YouTube content creators:
ViewLens uses the YouTube Data API v3 and YouTube Analytics API to provide channel analysis services. By connecting your YouTube account to ViewLens, you agree to the following terms:
Registration with a valid email address is required to access the platform. You are responsible for the confidentiality of your account information and all activities conducted through your account. If you believe your security has been compromised, please immediately notify us at .
The platform operates on a V-based usage model. Each analysis operation consumes a specific number of V.

Unused V roll over to the next subscription period; however, they are not refunded in case of plan downgrade or subscription termination. Annual subscriptions include bonus V per month compared to their monthly equivalent (Starter +500, Growth +1000, Pro +2000).
On the ViewLens platform, the units designated as "V" represent the service usage rights purchased by the user under their subscription. V is the unit of measure for in-platform services such as content analysis, coaching insights, and niche analysis.
V is NOT electronic money, cryptocurrency, or any value-storage instrument. V does not fall under the scope of Law No. 6493 on Payment and Securities Settlement Systems, Payment Services and Electronic Money Institutions. V represents only the usage quota for services on the ViewLens platform.
When the user pays the subscription fee, they acquire a specific quota of V usage rights. This is not a purchased asset but a service usage quota. The monetary value of V cannot be reclaimed; however, withdrawal rights under the Distance Sales Regulation are processed according to the Refund Policy.
En las renovaciones de suscripciones mensuales, tus créditos V no utilizados NO SE PIERDEN y se trasladan al nuevo período. Por ejemplo, si tienes 500 V restantes y tu plan mensual de 1200 V se renueva, tendrás un total de 1700 V.
En las mejoras de plan (Starter → Growth → Pro o Free → plan de pago), tus créditos V existentes se conservan y se suman al V del nuevo plan. Por ejemplo, si tienes 670 V y mejoras al plan Growth, tendrás 670 + 3000 = 3670 V.
En las rebajas de plan (por ejemplo, Pro → Starter o Growth → Starter), tu balance V existente se REEMPLAZA con la cantidad de V del nuevo plan. Así que si tienes 1500 V y bajas al plan Starter, tu balance V se convierte en 1200. Este es un punto importante: recomendamos usar tus créditos V existentes antes de decidir bajar de plan.
Cuando se cancela una suscripción, tus créditos V existentes permanecen activos hasta el final del período actual y pueden usarse normalmente. Si la suscripción no se renueva al final del período, tu cuenta cambia al plan Free y tu balance V se restablece a cero. Por lo tanto, recomendamos usar tus créditos V antes de que termine el período después de la cancelación.
En suscripciones recurrentes mensuales, si un pago falla (por ejemplo, tarjeta vencida), Creem reintenta automáticamente. Si todos los reintentos fallan y la suscripción se cancela por completo, tu balance V se restablece a cero.

ViewLens does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the platform. The service may become temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or technical issues.
The platform provides smart analytics-driven insights. These analyses are for informational purposes only; they do not constitute guaranteed results or income projections. Users are solely responsible for decisions made based on analysis outputs.
The platform interface, analysis algorithms, design, and content belong to ViewLens and are protected under copyright law. Users may use analysis outputs based on their own channel data for personal purposes; however, they may not redistribute these outputs for commercial purposes.
ViewLens reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without prior notice. Unused V are non-refundable upon account termination.
Users may close their accounts at any time. To request account closure, simply contact .
This agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Any disputes arising from this agreement shall be resolved by Sakarya (Karasu) Courts and Enforcement Offices.

This agreement governs the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the delivery and use of V packages and/or subscription plans purchased by the Buyer through the ViewLens platform, in accordance with Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation.
Current pricing information for V packages and subscription plans offered on the platform is clearly displayed on the purchase page. All prices include VAT.
Pursuant to Article 49 of Law No. 6502, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for digital content and services under the following condition:
The right of withdrawal expires for digital content contracts that have been commenced and fully performed with the Buyer's consent. The right of withdrawal becomes unavailable upon completion of the V purchase and crediting to the account.
For unused V, the right of withdrawal may be exercised within 14 days from the date of purchase. Simply send your withdrawal request to .
Purchased V packages and subscriptions are instantly loaded to the user's account upon payment confirmation. In case of any delay, support is available at .
For disputes arising from purchases, resolution should first be sought through . Consumer complaints may be filed with Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts. Sakarya (Karasu) Courts and Enforcement Offices have jurisdiction.
